Have you sat back and watched your toddler? How completely absorbed they are in the present moment, tuned into what's around them and responding to the impulses of their body.
They see and feel the world around them with curiosity and wonder, exploration and adventure......all of the senses are engaged, fully experiencing the object of focus, delighting in it's very existence. No pre-conceived ideas or expectations, watching life unfold moment by moment.

Instead of accidentally training our little ones out of this full bodied, present moment experience, that seems too slow for our busy minds, and tests our capacity to just be, we can harness and recognise that where they are so inately "at", is where we strive to get back to!

A place where we are not rushing...... There is no stress from the memories of the past or worry about the future.

Isn't the peace of the present what we'd all like more of ???

This 6 week course will guide you back into your body, accessing the present moment and the deep connections with self and with our beloved children all through the medium of nature,breath and our children.

We’ll get grounded, slow right down and become present to ourselves and our little ones, letting our toddlers take the lead. Young children live in the present moment and see the World from a place of wonder and delight.  If we can slow down and let go enough, ( I’ll show you how) letting them be our teachers, we too can feel the space and peace of the present moment, coupled with the many benefits of being amongst trees and nature.

Toddler Stroll Forest Bathing 6 week course involves:

  • 6 weekly 60 minute Strolls with your toddler.
  • Tuesdays mornings 10:30 - 12:30
  • Guidance, meditation, visualisations throughout the stroll.
  • Connect with other like minded Strollers.
  • Access to the Toddler Stroll Forest Bathing Facebook group.

 

What this Course will cover:

As Nature, our Children and Ourselves are always changing, each session will unfold in alignment with what is needed on the day. 

First part of the course focuses on Ourselves and our own soothing and nourishment.

Week 1

Get Grounded

I'll guide you using grounding techniques to get back into your body and become centred.

Learning how to ground yourself calms the mind, reduces stress and tension and lifts the mood.
